Dear brethren:
I have partnered with the Bergquist family for Cell Phones for Soldiers @ cellphonesforsoldiers@yahoo.com to recycle used cell phones. Every 16 months, the U.S. consumers are retiring an estimated 130 million cell phones and only 10 percent of those phones are being recycled. With a combined effort of the Bergquist family, you and I can collect as many used cell phones and improve the mission for all our soldiers to call home free of charge with Pre-Paid Calling Cards that are supplied by ReCellular from the used cell phones that are turned into calling card cash.
You can drop off your used cell phones at the Chester P. Tuttle Post in Auburn, the Joel H. Prouty Lodge in Auburn, mail them directly to me at address below or call me for local pickup. I am in the process of obtaining other locations to place drop off boxes. I have recently mailed 50 phone cards to a Marine Colonel in IRAQ for his subordinates and I have given Brother Henderson’s Grandson an Army soldier an additional 50 phone cards to bring back with him to IRAQ from leave in the Brookfield’s. Please help with this worthy cause and forward to everyone in your e-mail list.
Me and my co-producer Larry Corbin are in the process of having Brittany and Robbie Bergquist on our Route 9 Veterans Forum Cable Access Show in February 2008 to talk about there program.
Thank you!
